What the University of Oregon has to Offer
The University of Oregon is nestled in the heart of Eugene, an outdoorsy city that is regularly ranked one of the best places to live in the United States. Aside from a picturesque campus that is home to a myriad of activities, the university is also known for its small class sizes and more personalized instruction. Over the summer, the eight-credit limit is waived for non-matriculated students, allowing international students to enroll in a more rigorous schedule of valuable academics.
Courses are available in the following departments: College of Arts and Sciences, School of Architecture and Allied Arts, Lundquist College of Business, College of Education, School of Journalism and Communication, School of Music and Dance.
Please note that Architecture, Art, Business, Digital Arts, Interior Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Music and Product Design majors have special application requirements, which may include higher TOEFL scores and the submission of portfolios.
- SAF participants are eligible to take courses across all departments as long as they meet course prerequisites and seats are available.
